Below is listed the materials and size ranges we most commonly stock. The color is the natural color of the individual plastic. Our fully bar coded inventory enables us to accurately monitor stocked items, fill orders, and ship in a timely fashion.
Grade 1 balls have a diameter tolerance of ± .001” and sphericity of .001”
Grade 2 balls have a diameter tolerance of ± .002” and a sphericity of .002”
Grade 3 balls have a diameter tolerance of ± .005” and a sphericity of .005”
Above grades undergo a secondary process to insure smooth consistent surface with no process marks.
Should the product required not be a stock item, we have a complete tool fabrication department with the ability to produce custom sizes and colors. Minimum order amounts and manufacturing lead times will apply.
