Hytrel is a high performance thermoplastic elastomer that provides the flexibility of rubber with the strength and processability of a plastic. It’s available in Shore D hardness ranging from 30D to 82D however our standard hardness is 40D. Hytrel has excellent flex fatigue and is abrasion and tear resistant. It also can handle a broad range of temperatures.
